1 cup sour cream
¼ cup softened cream cheese
1/3 cup Suan’s® Scotch Bonnet Pepper Relish or Suan’s® Scotch Bonnet Mango Lemon Fruit Butter
Juice of one lemon (about 1/3 cup)
Salt and ground white pepper to taste
Hot sauce (optional)
Combine all ingredients. Use for crab legs, shrimp or calamari.
